Sam Long loves the NB400, but has been training for Ironman Texas using the NB600 Groove after recording his sweat loss in key sessions lately 🤓
Sam lost 1.8-2L in sweat per hour on this run, so he is now increasing his fluid intake and hydration plan come race day to ensure he doesn’t slow down late in the ironman run with severe dehydration.
Sam is now deciding between the NB600 Groove or the NB400 with multiple personal needs stops throughout the marathon.
Could hydration be the key to Sam Long‘s success at the ironman distance? Sam has been dominant over the 70.3 distance for so many years and although he has had success over the Ironman distance, he has also battled with the longer event at times. Sam has been carefully planning his fuelling (fueling if you're reading this in America) for Ironman Texas and we can't wait to see what he can produce.
